John in IN
When I bought my first MG in the 90's it was quick and easy to buy as a corporation and skip photos, finger prints, and CLEO interaction. Now I would like the paperwork to be in MY name instead of corp. I am president and 100% owner of the corp. So in a way I'm transferring it from me, to me, I guess. Do I just fill out a form 4 myself and send it in with $200, pics, and prints? I don't believe a MG dealer is even needed for this, correct?Any thoughts on doing this properly are welcomed! I have my C&R license if that has any bearing on this. Thanks, John
Got Uzi
You are correct you just file an F4 from your Corp to yourself.

John in IN
Thanks for the feedback guys. It is an active corp and may be sold in the near future. I don't want my M16 being part of the sale! John
Ryo
Yes it would be a Form 4 to yourself from your corporation. You do not list your C&R license on the form since you are not a dealer/manufacturer FFL.
Dan K
Just remember when you die, you/your estate will have to transfer to someone named in your will tax exempt form 5 or tax paid form 4 if not named.
