full auto 45
Go by the ebay name of "blgpca16"? I want to bid on something but don't want to step on anybody here.
giantpanda4
Not to spoil Mike's great snipe attempt... here is a link to the item. I have some questions about it. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1 I was thinking about bidding - about $200 ago. This is a real one according to Dave Alberts literature guide. Dave or Michael usually bid here on these items as well.... so if you (Dalbert or Sig) are not bidding - give us a real "value" of what this may be worth??? NotDeaf
There's one on GunBroker for $125.00, but it's a 1936, not a 1928 like on eBay. http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem....p?Item=40462846 Just my two cents ....

full auto 45
I emailed the guy on GB about the fake. He had no clue...yeah right. So I told him was worth about $25-$35. Told him to watch out for the trigger off the line thing.
NotDeaf
I’m still very new to this whole Thompson thing …. Okay, I need to know ... How can you tell it's a fake or reproduction. What gives it a way?
Grey Crow
I would think that the one on Gun Broker should sell for around $5.00, $6 if they include shipping.

giantpanda4
Not Deaf, You need to contact Dave Albert or Micheal Siglieto(spelled worng..."Dalbert" & "Sig" here on this board) or search on old posts for their book on Thompson Literature. It is certianly worth the price, if they have any left, so you can determine which manuals are real and which are not. Big Daddy, As I told you, I am done bidding on that one.... unless I get a reply from him that it has a Richardson reciever! Haven't heard, so it is all yours! I watching it... http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/dry.gif

But the Canadian beat him! Wow!
