jim
http://www.sturmgewehr.com/webBBS/nfa4sale....cgi?read=82703 This is a reweld done by John Norrell of Norrell Manufacturing(the guy that did the Ruger 10/22 registered trigger packs). The ATF Form 3 shows it as being made by Winchester and there are no manufacturing markings on it other than the original Winchester markings. It was done in the early to mid 1980's. It was then sent off to Iver Johnson to be re-heat treated and Rockwell Hardness tested. As you can see from the pictures it was very well done. The charging handle/op-rod moves very smoothly and does not/will not come out of the track like some rewelds can do. It comes with everything shown in the accesory picture. The bipod is original with US markings. 1 magazine has no markings on it and the others are marked "W", "HR-R", "OM", "BRW B2", "BRW S-1" . I am asking $13,000 or best offer. I'll take lower valued pre-sample and fully-transferable machine guns in partial trade. gunny8940
FWIW. Original M14's are now over 50 years old and probably qualify as C&R although not officially on the C&R list. Gunny

Welded receivers, tube guns, most M2 carbine conversions don't qualify as C&R. BTW I can't see any photos by clicking on the links.
