They were selling "demilled" 1928A1 Thompson's for $650. The receiver was intact, and they were being shipped by "air" for $60 by a Russkie named "Oleg." There was a huge row on here about this whole issue, Im surprised you missed it!

I may have missed the final bidding, but on the couple I saw (MP-40 as well as '28 Thompson) the reserve was not met, hence no sale. No harm, no foul.

They had been listed for months. Also, there was a buynow price, so I am sure that some made it into the country.

There's also another PPSh-41 on Ebay, in Russia. Scary stuff...
