Brittish Thompson case on Ebay ?

This case is on ebay and the seller said somone told him its absolutely british.Is there anyone here who can verify? He says the buyer can return it if they find out its a fake but thats not good enough.

I saw that one too. There were some unmarked Rusco cases originally, but nowadays the bad guys can leave a fake out in the rain for realistic appearance too. Id approach that one mit caution. Sorry Im not more help. I had 3 but all were Rusco marked.

The originals i saw had 4 tabs on tge snaps not 3 and were stamped slightly different. They were unmarked but the stiching inside on the reinforcements and the material looked a bit heavier.But i only saw 2 examples from the same guy at the military show and havent seen enough to tell for sure.

It looks just like the repro case I have, that was made in India many years back. Even down to the two tone in the materials. I paid $25 for mine.

Yeah I was going to say definitely British.as in former colony (ie made in India) but long after it was no longer a colony, lol
