Norm Posted February 27, 2005 Report Share Posted February 27, 2005 When you say the front of the drum, I assume you are speaking about the "cover" section that you remove when loading. Maybe you could find another cover. That would be the easiest way to fix it, but probably not the cheapest. Merle would be a good place to start; maybe he has a WW2 drum cover he could sell.
