mikebaker1129
What you have is a "Mostly" Beretta made folding stock that was issued to the paratroopers and the mountain troops. The grip on yours is wood and is not original Beretta manufacture, it was made by the RSI company when they atrated to run short on some of the original Beretta made parts for the folding stocks that they use to sell before they went out of business. The good news is the rest of your stock is legit, with the exception of the grip. The Original grips were made from a hard plastic either dark brown, light brown or Black (rare) in color and had a trap door in the bottom made from aluminum , in which could stow a pull though cleaning kit.The stocks that were made for the Nigerian contract were a different beast all together and are sometimes referred to as the Mark IV stock also.Hope this helps!
