Thompson Engraving?

I am looking to get a thompson receiver engraved with all the proper nomenclature (1928A1), who is the go to person for this kind of work?

Do you mean you have an existing receiver that you want to get engraved?

Or you want to get a new receiver that has the engraving?

You are giving as little information as possible. Is this a registered machine gun receiver?

If so, it must already have some manufacturers markings on it. You can't sell or transfer a receiver

with no markings. If this is the case then I would think you are looking for someone to restore the existing engraving

as opposed to engraving it from scratch.

If it is some type of dummy or display receiver then it is possible that the receiver has no markings

and in this case the engraving from scratch would apply.

Depending on what you have would depend on who would be good to do the work. Restoring engraving

is not cheap, but if you have a $20+K transferable gun it might be worth it. If its only a display gun then

that expense would probably not be justified.
