ltcajh
Darned bolt is locking back for no apparent reason. Happens a lot less on 30 round mags, more on 20 round, and nearly always on the drum. Im stumped! The actuator that gets popped up when the mag is empty flops around- its not in the up position. What in the world could be holding the bolt back? Thanks for the responses.
deerslayer
It's the pawl spring in place? The pawl is what holds the bolt back.
giantpune
This is the gun where you cut that pawl spring isn't it? Buy a new one and chalk it up to experience.

deerslayer
Make sure you have a strong pawl spring.. Recoil may be kicking the pawl up. I have also seen the pawl binding on the trigger.
