We had a guy bring 3 Colt Thompsons to the Novi show and had Tracie inspect them. Nice guns but 2 had some incorrect wood. E-mail me at philfordparts@yahoo.com if you can help. I will put you in direct contact with this gentleman.

I think it would be making an incorrect Colt a correct one. Same as putting in actual 21 internals into one that that was sold with GI internals.

Agree with the restoration of non-serial numbered parts.  

It was falsely changed when someone JCE'd it with incorrect wood.

 

 

On the topic: What would be a likely selling price range for a nice set of Colt wood with all 6 screws and butt stock metal?

 

(Embarrassed and Corrected: There are 6 screws total; four machine and two wood).

 

(No; don't have any to sell; just wondering).
