I hope to begin shipping them out next week (Monday is a holiday) so first thing Tuesday. Thank you for your patience! I apologize to all, expecially those of you who paid in advance. Many have asked the difference between American Thunder and American Thunder II. One thing is SIZE (see photo, AT/II on top). One thing that didn't change was the price, STILL $29.95 for a 536 page book! Thanks again!
