If I missed it, is it possible to have reference threads as to what to look for concerning colt bolts, actuators, both 21 and 28 Navy, compensator comparisons, plus whatever I have missed concerning the Colts. I spend a lot of time going through the topics and find tons of nuggets but it would be nice to have a central go to place. Just curious. If this is out of line give me the slap down in private.

I'd pal up with a Colt owner, inspect his Colt and pick his brain for more info.

You for sure need to join one or both of the Thompson clubs, the members are

great people and will bend over backwards to help you.

Sure wish I could. Not many where I live. I have been favoriting a lot of the pages for my reference. I just see a lot of redundant questions, like how to tell an original bolt and such. The information on the most part is here. Just an easy way to point us with limited knowledge in the correct direction.
