I have an M1SB and have swapped out all the wood. If the butt stock isn't exactly the same length, it's close enough that you won't notice a difference. Here is a picture of mine with the original butt stock before I cleaned/began to apply BLO to it. It fit perfectly

I also bought an original butt plate with the access gate.

For the vertical grip, if I remember correctly, I had to deepen the recess for the mounting screw to allow it to get enough depth to attach securely. Easy to do - just go slowly and check the fitting frequently so you don't go too deeply. If you do, though, you can always add some spacers to make up for the difference.

This is mine after swapping out all the wood.

The horizontal pistol grip fit the frame perfectly - just had to deepen the recess for the screw. The horizontal foregrip has the be the correct wisth - it's been awhile but I think the Kahr/Thompsons have a 3/4" channel and the originals are 1/2" You just need to look for one that's been modified or do it yourself
