Macho Hambre
I want to replace the magazine catch on my 1979 Westy with a USGI magazine catch. I ordered one but was unhappy with the condition so the vendor sent out a replacement in much better condition. The original one has a B stamped on the shaft, and the replacement one in nicer condition is marked with a S.I assume S means it was manufactured by Savage, but not sure what manufacturer the B denotes - possibly Colt (Bridegport)? I tired to find this info online, but was unable to find any intel on this. Hoping some of the intelligentsia around these parts might know.
