I burned everything Nike today!

Recommended Posts

I also am too old for nike labeled crap but I am with you also. The labels on my sporting items are little horses, s’s and w’s etc. My comments continues to be is A-they’re AT work, on the clock, and B- they’re protesting the WRONG thing. If they want to protest the Baltimore PD, LA PD or Chicago PD then when you’re off go there and protest all you want, it’s your right as an American. And yes, America has problems and they need to be corrected but don’t disrespect the flag that so many have died and were maimed for.

Getting off my soapbox now.

my family will never buy a Nike product again......as a business guy i would never purposely throw away 1/2 my potential customer base...potentially the wealthier 50% to boot

in my business i serve any customer from Gay to Nazi.....my only rule is i wont work for child abusers....i will serve anyone else....

i know this will help them with millenials and maybe people my age dont buy Nike's anyways (i havent in 20 years)

until my kids are on their own they wont be getting Nike's....i think 1 of my daughters has a pair.....im too cheap to burn them....

so they have your money still and now you have nothing.

makes sense to me

You call "satisfaction" nothing? I bought a warm, fuzzy feeling expressing myself that day. As I get older, I find more and more people that treat money like their children. I think it's always been that way but I never noticed it. I use my money in many ways. Thank you God for blessing me and being able to treat "dirty paper" this way. Now, would I go out and buy Nike just to burn it?...………….no. I didn't see this coming so I had to react, after the fact.

I feel good.

Nike sales went up 31% after they signed Colin go figure.

Only because everybody was putting them out on clearance! I saw them, brand new at a department store display table for like 20-30 bucks a pair! The true test is how their re-order shipments go up or down. I used to only wear Nikes, this is what I did with mine and then threw them in the garbage.

My wife walked out the other night wearing a pair of mens workout shorts. They were almost never worn. Lol She looked puzzled as i walked over to her with a pair of scissors. I promptly cut the Nike label off the bottom right side. She was laughing and glad i didn't burn them.

I don't support anyone who won't stand for the flag or the national anthem. It's cut and dry.

Nike sold their souls to the devil for a cheap ad campaign. Good for anybody throwing out Nike. Do not wear anything Nike.

I have never owned a Nike or an Apple, never had Starbucks, Ben and Jerry, oror voted for a Democrat,I have grudgingly voted for the lesser of the two evils. I do however drink wine from California.
