colt1928
Awhile ago, a friend shot my Navy 28 Thompson and one of the ear's sheared off the actuator. Is there any fixes that I could do or is there anyone who could fix it? It is the " two "piece original actuator and I would definitely like a repair. I have already bought a " shooter " piece actuator to replace the original so that close friends can shoot it. Yes.........lesson learned! http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/banghead.gif Edited December 29, 2005 by colt1928

gijive
Paul Krogh of Diamond K Gunsmithing in Delta, CO is very good and his information can be found in the FAQ Section of this Board. Craig Jordan of Marianna, PA is also an excellent gunsmith and can fix it for you. There's two suggestions that have both sides of the country covered. Email me privately if you are interested in Craig Jordan's number. Make sure you use the WWII actuator from now on. http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/ohmy.gif
