TennesseeTimmy
Google T1-14 (fixed stock) and T1B-14 (removable stock). They are out there. 16.5 overall. Good luck, Timmy.
Merry Ploughboy
On my 27A1 I didn't like cleaning the compensator and I wanted to get the barrel length down to 16". So I took off the compensator and put on a ring sight. IIRC, the ring sight was $14.50 plus shipping from Kahr. Here's a photo comparing the 27A1 (top) to a 21A (bottom).http://i65.tinypic.com/r2572q.jpg

jojeep
Green Mountain Barrels sell a Thompson Barrel that is 14.5 inches.$160 Once on the gun you thread the Cutts on, use some Lock Tite when lining up site, then have welded on. If you like, do this before installing on gun and welding. I had the inside of the Muzzle threaded to to except Set Screw plugs that uses an Allen Key.Drill a small hole in plug. You may have to try different size drill holes to get the right amount of back pressure to cycle the Bolt. You now have a " Hollywood style" Blank Adapter At night, flash or flame comes out the Cutts top slotsThis can increase resale for WW2 Reenactors looking for Gun if you ever plan to sell.Muzzle threads to not effect when shooting live Rounds...just alway REMOVED the Set Screw Plug. This can be done on Full Auto TSMG too Edited March 26, 2018 by jojeep

It can also be blind pinned. That is what I did with mine so it's not permanently ruining the parts. And it looks better IMHO. Total length(measured down the barrel on a closed bolt as the ATF measures) is just legal at 16-3/32" Edited March 27, 2018 by 06AngusSG

jojeep
Blind Pinned??Is that with a small Set Screw under the Cutt Compensator??
06AngusSG
Blind pinned is when you drill a pin in the compensator just as you would on a real short barrel/comp setup. Only you don't drill all the way through. That way when you hammer the pin in it bottoms out in the hole and becomes "non-removable". Usually, the visible side of the pin is ground flush with the other surface effectively making it disappear once it gets blued. The only way to remove the comp is to drill the pin which the ATF considers not readily removable so the comp can be counted towards the 16" minimum. They also allow welding and silver solder but those methods permanently ruin the parts. Jon Edited June 3, 2018 by 06AngusSG
