philasteen
Chopper28, can you give some basic detail on the Uzi - Is it a bolt or RR gun? If a RR, has the bolt blocking bar been removed? Is the RR or host a Vector, IMI, other?
Chopper28
It is a Group Industries RR made by Vector registered in 3 calibers, .22, 9mm, and .45acp. I have only shot in in 9mm. The gun does not have a scratch on it.
philasteen
Uzi prices are soft and it's not the best time to sell. $5.5K will sell -- probably, but not for a while. $5K will sell within a week or two. I express no view on the MK

Roland, Headless Thompson Gunner
Well maybe Bush got it right finally. Based on the following Judge Sam the man Alito gets my vote: While he is probably best known for his dissenting argument in Planned Parenthood v. Casey, in which he argued that women should be required to inform their spouses before having an abortion, he has also argued against Congress regulating private machine gun possession. Alito's dissent to a 1996 ruling that upheld the constitutionality of a federal law banning the possession of machine guns suggested that was no proof that private intrastate possession of machine guns caused more crime to the point that it impacted interstate commerce. Jonathan Turley, professor of law at George Washington University Law School, said that the dissension in that case should indicate his narrow view on interpreting the constitution and his favoring of commerce
Sgt
How would that work? Would someone have to file a case to test the issue? Is there anyone in the wings, waiting to do that?

The palendrone of Bolton would be Notlob." All kidding aside, it was a joke guys. Actually, wishful thinking on my part.

Grey Crow
LOL, even I got excited with the thought that "IF" it were overturned that perhaps Kahr would start production of FA Thompson's and I "might" be able to get into the game. Yep, it would be nice!
