Murray
The bidding for the 1929 Hand book on ebay has just reached $310.75. http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/blink.gif http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...me=STRK:MEWA:IT Am I missing something here? http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/unsure.gif
Sig
I am sure it will go higher. It is original Colt golden era Thompson literature and the few that are traded are sucked up quickly. It also seems to be in good shape. michael
Sig
I looked up some notes I had. A much more common 1923 Manual or Catalog (gray) went for auction on evilbay back in February. I assume it was not a reprint as the Catalogs (green and gray) were reproduced it went $280. These handbooks have not been reprinted that I am aware of. michael
Grey Crow
I "WAS" watching it planning on bidding near the end, but it's just insane.
Grey Crow
Ron, I've made a few deals like that on auctions. Paid a tad on the high side getting into a few auction bidding battles. I ended up with my Worcester that way with a closing bid of 1,179. But it's a keeper! I tend to be a little more wary now though, and choosy on what I go after. Grey Crow
LOL Ron, Yes it is the drum. I would have been jumping on a plane if I gave that for a bottle of sauce........
JimFromFL
I wonder if the bidder meant to bid $30 but hit the 0 an extra time. http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/dry.gif
