Curious. I don't see many of these subguns. Does the gun look refinished or is that pretty much what they look like from the factory?

I think its a very nice example
Mine was $6300. I think its a fun shooter for that price. At $9000 it starts to loose some appeal.
Ive got a video shooting mine. Pm me if youd like a copy

I had #147 loved the progressive trigger! Cool under rated gun.
Lots of info on the M6 in the MAC MAN book.
Does the bolt looked pitted? If so I wonder what the bore looks like

Police guns can really run the gamut from used and abused to pristine. The Buffalo Police Department purchased an Ithaca Model 37 in 1976 that was was recently sold off, and I bought it. It's like new, except that it has its rack number in yellow paint on the butt stock. The gun's issue card came with the purchase. It was issued just once, in 1982.

There are several nice examples in the registry, however since many were in PD's and not used or seen as having much value the care taking fell off dramatically.
I think the GB auction gun has a replacement or refinished stock IMO. Still a nice looking gun.
Still WTB a cleaning rod to complete this rig if anyone knows of one for sale?
Or a Military gun for sale to complement this one?

Highest sell price Ive ever seen on one. Only 2 bidders battling. At that price Id consider selling mine.
Its a fun gun for $6000-7000
At $9250 theres much nicer guns to own

It looks all original to me, not refinished. It's about the same as mine, which is #147 that Frank mentioned earlier.
