But I will say the parts a very rough and lacking a bolt and those internals. I am still looking for other parts.

Thanks,

The only one I've ever seen up close was in a museum. The upper M42 has some hard miles on it.

I had a chance to put some rounds through one a few years back at TATA thanks to one of our members on this board. Pretty cool gun and easy to control. Enjoy.

Agreed... I got another nice OSS item with the M42. A long desired HD-MS amnesty registered too.

Hey,

that's a cool pistol!  I just finished a restoration on model B tonight.  Had to make a bunch of parts and a couple springs as a number of parts are unobtainable.  Does the can come off?  And what's underneath, a ported barrel?   I did see those in the spook museum at Langley, very nice!

Yes the can threads off from a detant on the rear thread portion of the barrel. The front section/cap does the same. Another HD-MS was just listed on GB. It has a bunch of images you can reference. I know the gun and I had a standing offer on it until I aquired this one. Go for it guys, but it will not be cheap! But it is VERY nice. Nicer than the one I have. GB Item=538544210

Congratulations with Your UD and parts:-)

Are you willing to sell the damaged part of the upper receiver, which has the metall part that slides into the lower receiver?

I am missing that part:-)

Regards

Staale:-)
