Mills Four Cell Magazine Pouch

I recently purchased a Mills Four Cell Magazine Pouch (Mills marked/single flap) with Mills pistol belt and four patent marked Colt magazines. The magazines are all in excellent condition with about 98% finish. The pouch has a little wear but is in very good overall condition. I would like to know what the approximate value of this rig is. I have a Colt 1928 Navy I purchased a couple of years ago so this is a good accessory for my gun. I purchased the set from a militaria dealer so I probably did OK but it was not cheap.

The few I am aware of have been in the 300-500 range. Obviously when you get into early Colt items it depends on who wants one and what hey will spend. Mine was on the low end of that spec, but has a pulled through snap

I know of one that sold a few years back for 1000, without mags, but with the belt and with a pair of mills marked and dated two mag cell puches for a 1911.

I think you found a very desirable item and the 4 cell single flap pouch is a quite hard to find item. If your pistol belt is also marked "MILLS 1921" you have a wonderful addition to your 28 Navy display. Good find.
