Looking For An Original "C" Drum

Recommended Posts

Yes, the new GPC C drums from the Gun Parts Corporation are the real deal. This has been discussed previously on the Board:

As with nearly all drums, sometimes some tinkering is in order. I did a story about these drums in Small Arms Review magazine a few years ago.

The Gun Parts Corporation show price at Knob Creek yesterday was $350 out the door!

These are the drums made in Taiwan. They are 100% reliable, but you need to grease them early on to extend their life. The springs are not greased at the factory.

Just a question do smaller gun stores still sell these because alot of people have them but the internet prices are insane

You wont find cheaper prices on an aftermarket 100 round drum than on the nets.

The demand is next to zero for a small store to stock..

lpedersen,

Any chance of showing a picture of the drum body from the side with the cover removed? I would like to see the mark where the drum was bead-blasted with the cover on when it was manufactured. It usually leaves a mark, the thickness of the bend on the cover, on the body which should be smooth blue metal, not matte finish.

Thanks
