nw00738 Posted May 27, 2015 Report Share Posted May 27, 2015 I just finished making this rifle look more original by putting more correct parts on it. I had the stock made for me by Leszek Foks. The rifle is a Mitchell's Monster I mean Mauser I got for very cheap. I wanted a shooter that wasn't a piece of history so I could put a lot of rounds through it. After trying to take pictures indoors, I settled on an outside venue. Nothing beats natural light. I didn't have a tripod for this one so I used the auto setting on my camera instead of manual. For anyone looking to take a clear picture of some fine detail, you would be hard pressed to find a better background than a deck or outdoor table.
