This Websight Doesn't Look Legit - Historic Arms Corp

(Please excuse the typo in the topic title)

I came across the website linked below during a search for material on the Hilaire Belloc quote involving the Maxim gun (Whatever happens, we have got the Maxim gun, and they have not.). There's a lot of fancy wording, but many, if not all, of the pictures in the machine guns section were lifted from James D. Julia auction listings.

 

Does anyone have any information about this outfit?

Yes, That is Bob Starer and he is a very legit collector and NFA dealer. He is older and most likely pays someone to set up and maintain his website. He is at many Gun shows in Northern and Eastern Virginia. He is very responsive to phone calls.
