JimFromFL
Ok, so not really a crack, but rather a crack of light. http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif I have my Thompson displayed horizontally and happen to notice some light shining through between my lower and upper right above the trigger area. It can be seen via the following image. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v221/jimsimages/f1352038.jpg Is this typical? Am I wearing out my Thompson? http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/cool.gif What size is your crack?

full auto 45
Man o' live, I was thinking that with a crack like that, you could be a plumber!
TD.
Jim - Does the serial number of the lower frame match the receiver? If not, I think I would try to find a replacement lower that fit a little better. If you are traveling to the TCA show and shoot in August, I have a SAVAGE lower you could try.
