Lumpy223 Posted December 25, 2003 Report Share Posted December 25, 2003 My first machine gun showed up a couple days ago and I haven't had time to get it out to the shooting hole yet. I was going to try today (Christmas) but the roads are to bad to be making a 30 minute drive on just to shoot. I thought about going tomorrow after work but I have to go straight to my sisters house for our family Christmas gathering. Saturday is open but I am supposed to meet up with a bunch of locals on Sunday to shoot. I guess I am going to have to fight the urge on Saturday so I have enough ammo for sunday. Holy reload Batman!...I`m still trying to find more mags...I looked at 3 at local show for $165.00 each in fair condition...too much IMO.Sunday will come soon enough,besides it`s always more fun to shoot with buds than alone! We got together today (Friday) at my sisters place out in the sticks to celebrate Christmas so I took the Reising along. We put 200 rounds through it without a hitch. I only fired 2 mags off but I was having a riot watching sis, sis in law, brother, brother in law, niece, nephew, and mom shoot my gun. Everybody who shot it was grinning like crazy. I seduced my brother over to the full auto side today. He has his C&R license and after shooting my gun (he had never fired FA before) his exact words were "I have got to get me one of these". His wife probably saw the writing on the wall before he even pulled the trigger though because all she said was ok but lets try to pay down a couple bills first.
