rpbcps
Nice copy of the Gale & Polden 1940 dated booklet on the Lewis gun for sale on eBay, with some nice fold out pages. Not mine, I stumbled upon it during a search for Gale & Polden booklets on the Thompson gun, my interest, and thought it may interest someone on this forum. I know I like people to tip me off, when things are listed that are of interest to me. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Lewis-Gun-Mechanism-Made-Easy-Major-C-H-B-Pridham-Paperback-1940/172752522068?hash=item2838da4b54:g:~iEAAOSw8GtZU4cM Stay safe Richard

MG08
I have a couple versions of that pub, and yes, ouch on the price...... They show up over on ebay fairly often.
Leadhead
Had to look up the exchange rate then my copy (1942 7 ed.). No wonder the ouch. Mine would be alot more expensive though as it would go with the Lewis Aircraft Gun I have on Gunbroker right now.
rpbcps
Sorry about that, first time I have seen one of those booklets, and I guess we have been sensitised to high prices in the UK, as I thought that was not a bad price. I have certainly paid more for Thompson gun booklets in the past, some of which were posted on this board. Stay safe Richard
