deerslayer Posted January 17, 2021 Report Share Posted January 17, 2021 There was an earlier post on the differences between the 30 round magazines for the 1928 and 1927 22 Thompson's. They use the same adaptor. Those are interchangeable between full auto and semi auto guns. I had occasion today to fit some magazines into a 28. Removing the catch allowed the magazine to be scribed for the cut. Then when cut for the 28 and checked in a 27 you can see the mag catch cut is in the wrong place.
