OCM
Probably a dumbass ( that OK David ) idea, but it's fun to play gangster dress up with our cars & Thompsons. BS, every body does it. Ask the reenactor guys & gals.Beautiful day out in the high country, so got the 28N out and made the wife take some shots ( yawn ) This one is either me or Clint Eastwood- guess. dalbert
Great idea! I don't have a gangster picture of myself, but here I am with gangster and Thompson historian extraordinaire, Bill Helmer. This picture is about 6 years old, now. http://www.sturmgewehr.com/dalbert/Thompson_Pictures/Helmer-Albert-1_Web.jpg David Albertdalbert@sturmgewehr.com

OCM
Myself at the Dillinger alley in Chicago at the exact spot where JD fell. Yes, that's a real Thompson. We were doing a function to raise money for a charity- 1988. Raised 40K that day.
aut-ord-co
To get gangster pictures with Thompsons, you have to attend a gangster party er…I mean a "meeting" to discuss business. We were summoned to attend a par…"meeting" this past fall and we had a great time. Usually, the movie posters, lobby cards and other props are displayed at Thompson shows but it was fun to use them on a different occasion. The guns used, in this case, were all types of replicas for all the usual reasons. Great idea Sandy and a great forum overall! http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q125/rw50/Gangster%20pics/BLGangsterMtg.jpg http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q125/rw50/Gangster%20pics/021.jpg http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q125/rw50/Gangster%20pics/031.jpg http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q125/rw50/Gangster%20pics/PartyMoneyBag.jpg http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q125/rw50/Gangster%20pics/Guns2.jpg

OCM
Marie Barrow, Clyde's younger sister, and myself with one of Clyde's rifles at her home in Texas. She didn't need to dress up, she was the real deal ! Marie Barrow holding a 1918 BAR at the Bonnie & Clyde Festival in Gibsland, La with the reenactment group. When I took this picture she looked at me and said, " how could Clyde hold this thing up ?" Marie was the same size as Bonnie. OCM

Rob Rob: I think it's just the moustache that does it, and the 'don't f--- with me look. Here's another one of me out at The Little Bohemia Lodge in Wisconsin ...just kidding, actually at Newtommygunners place here in Louisiana along with his vintage Ford and some borrowed wardrobe. Two 28's, and they both worked just fine. Mike Hammer

OCM
That was actually me in the back with the pony tail, stocking Sig S stuff, don't know who the dude is up front with the 21AC, some old drifter that walked in I guess, trying to sell an old 1921 gun. OR maybe John Dillinger's grandson, saying , " OK, stick em up " ( stick what up, Gramps ? ) Need to update here a bit this fall, with some shots of me & the 28N and the 33 Buick. I'm getting out of topic. Geez. OCM
