gijive
Opinions welcomeBarry, There are reproductions of those pouches, but the ones you pictured are not reproductions. There must have been cases of these that were never issued at the end of the war. They have been on the surplus market for many years, most of the time in like-new unissued condition like the ones you pictured. Try to find a WWII combat photograph of any Marines wearing these pouches during the war, I've never been able to. I don't think they made it into any conflicts in any great numbers at war's end. Ron Mills
Good point Chuck. Hadn't thought of that angle. I've seen pics of US Marines with 5-cell pouches but never 3-cell. Even saw 1 or 2 pics with 30-rounders sticking out of the 5-cell pouches. I haven't seen a repro up close. Is there a telltale way to i.d. the fakes? Is it in the font/ink? Snaps? OK enuff questions. I don't remember for sure, but there might two (2) different NOM numbers on the original pouches.

Adg105200
It looks like mostly ww2 stuff, except for the one rear grip is obviously a Kahr M1 grip. The 2 other rear grips look like Savage. There should be markings on most of the stuff that would indicate who made them. Andrew
Barry
Thanks AndrewMost are marked s or m. The one with no mark must be the Karr oneThanks
