dalbert
Hawkeye Joe, Where did you see the ad? Were there any pictures? My M6 is 3 numbers away from the lowest serial number they mention in the ad. (Mine is #147.) Thanks! David Albert dalbert@sturmgewehr.com

lonniejt
It was on Tom's Subguns board, buried in a long list of other NFA weapons. No .. no photos...I posted all the info there was on the Ingrams... Yep! I saw that one too; on SubGuns Web Site. A guy by the name of Mark Mann around the Atlanta, GA area, and he advertised a lot of other C&R NFA too, such as S&W 76's and Reisings. When I bought my first Ingram M6, my SOT/FFL commented that there are a lot on Ingrams around the Atlanta area. They are very simple SMGs, and, I am still having trouble with mine. My first one evidently had the "shit" shot out of it and I know it has a replacement barrel and I think now it has a newly manufactured bolt. It has been a challenge thus far. Before I give up (which I never will), it will look more like a Thompson SMG with the flat forward guard. I do not believe in transferring my problems to someone else to solve. And, it follow that I have a brand new never fired Stemple 76/45 - the mag well is too small for a GG Mag to fit and the head-space is also way off too! My FFL/SOT wanted me to trade it for another, but again, I will not trade my troubles to someone else! I will (or my smith) will fix this mother goose or I may just destroy it myself! I did contact the FFL/SOT that sold me the weapon and he did offer to fix the problem; this gesture is admirable! I will not call his name, but I am very appreciative of his response. I would buy from him again...although, you would think that he would have at least tried to stick a magazine. I really HATE what I am seeing in the NFA Market right now...it takes so long to get a transfer and when you take the item home, then it does not work!!! This SUXS! You would not believe the item(s) that I have had to fix, upon taking them home or to my safe!!! The two items that functioned perfectly were my TAC 65 Suppressor and my SWD M-11; all my other toys required "smithing"!!! Do not Buy a Camp Suppressed 45 from other than myself! You will not be pleased! Laterz, LJ
