Hawkeye_Joe
But it had some M1 Thompsons in it. Earl Holloman was wearing two 5 mag pouches(one on each hip) on his M36 Pistol belt with no suspenders. How did he do that?? http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/dry.gif The American GI's were carrying British MkIII Enfields in most of the group shots and none who had Garands later were wearing cartridge belts for them and I noticed that some of the ones loading onto ships to go the Anzio were carrying MG42's on their shoulders. Darby's Rangers were caught in a planned trap in broad daylight and only 7 survived. *LMAO* Peter Falk had an M1 Thompson and a 5 mag pouch, but when he went to change mags he did a Sgt. Saunders and pulled one out from inside his jacket.. http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/laugh.gif The Germans in the MG pits at the ambush had MG34's MG42's, Brens and BARs *LOL* WHaTtA HoOt !! http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/tongue.gif
