huggytree Posted June 13, 2017 Report Share Posted June 13, 2017 I recently got back a FOIA on a Ruger Kac556k which says the tax return info does not relate to me....they sent me nothing, but this letter its the exact same FOIA request letter i sent on 2 other guns and i got both of them back with a full packet ive called them now 2x w/o a return call i heard they may have changed how they do FOIA's.....are they not giving info anymore? should i resend it in new? should i send a letter with a copy of my form 4 as proof of my ownership & a copy of their letter in hopes of a response? just dont know what the best route is at this pointthanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Calling is not the answer. Yes, a copy of your tax return (form 4) is the right document to send to ask further.
