I recently got back a FOIA on a Ruger Kac556k which says the tax return info does not relate to me....they sent me nothing, but this letter

its the exact same FOIA request letter i sent on 2 other guns and i got both of them back with a full packet

ive called them now 2x w/o a return call

i heard they may have changed how they do FOIA's.....are they not giving info anymore? should i resend it in new? should i send a letter with a copy of my form 4 as proof of my ownership & a copy of their letter in hopes of a response?

just dont know what the best route is at this point

thanks

You need to reply in writing. Calling is not the answer. Yes, a copy of your tax return (form 4) is the right document to send to ask further. The most recent update to FOIA occurred on June 30, 2016 with the passage of the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016. Good luck
