JimFromFL
Happened to be walking through the mall/casino and came across the following display. Keep in mind, I am not sure how authentic be figured it was interesting enough to share. This is supposed to be a picture of Clydes shirt (from Bonnie and Clyde) after he was shot. This image is supposed to contain a certificate of authenticity. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v221/jimsimages/Shirt1.jpg Here is the back of the shirt. Actually, I think there is too few holes. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v221/jimsimages/ShirtBack.jpg This next picture is supposed to be the actual car the he and Bonnie died in. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v221/jimsimages/Car1.jpg
Ltcboy
I have seen that same display and I guess it really is the car that they were killed in. If you were able to get a good look inside, you can actually see where the damage was done when the car caught on fire and burned Bonnie's leg. Poprivit
I saw that shirt when it was sold by Butterfield's a few years ago. Along with it was a 1911 Clyde had stolen from an armory and other B&C artifacts. I interviewed Marie Barrow for a story in GUNS magazine at that auction. She said her older brother was good to her and always made sure she had some money. The shirt is real - dried blood and all. I think it sold in the $16k range, but could be wrong.
