Col. Walsh passes

It was Col Walter R, Walsh who discovered that the 351 Winchester would only penetrate the front of Slim Greys bullet proof vest.

The Col was a legend in the FBI and US Marines.

He died at 106.

Something extra to go with video.

I believe it was Col Walsh who discovered that the 351 would only penetrate the front part of a bullet proof vest, only to come to rest in the rear panel. However, that did the job.
