The rest of the video is missing!
The seals were being cut and the crates were being handled prior to the contents being torch cut and destroyed.
The video was done by a Russian news station.

Odd thing, I have a yard full of wood crates at the moment.
They come from all over Europe.
NONE look as clean and new inside as the ones shown in that video.

They've got to be aware that they're torch cutting vast amounts of money.

 

Its possible that the UN is paying the Russians to destroy these weapons.
I know the UN footed the bill for the destruction of a lot of old ordnance in Russia to include a stockpile of SKS rifles.

 

With the current sanctions the Russian Federation can't sell them to US importers.
