1928A1 on Gilligan's Island

Recommended Posts

The one poking through the weeds has the Stembridge "flats" on the front fins; used for each easy wrenching during barrel changes.

Presumably the same gun is doing the actual firing, and is held by the prof. immediately after; Note no cross bolt on that one.

The prop being carried, and held by the professor in the close up, has a cross bolt; also,no actuator slot, and a solid (closed) ejection port.

Good eye thanks! Not only no actuator slot, but the actuator knob is sideways. Saw the flat fins too now. Could be #8245, the one Vic Morrow carried on Combat; #4090 being his (Vic's) other firing gun (crossbolt).
