Got Uzi
With Davids permission, I am offering my Medea M3A1 for sale. Decided to keep my Grease Gun collection all GI is this one is goin cup for sale. Its on a Form 3 here in Ohio. Gun runs flawlessly, built with majority of Ithaca parts. Clean welds as well. Gun is listed on GunBroker but I would rather sell on the boards. https://www.gunbroker.com/item/797479694
John in IN
Nice! I forget, are Medea M3A1's made from original GL stamped halves?, or Ithaca? or neither? GLWS John
Got Uzi
Lots of debate on that one. I have seen Medea guns with the same grip panel pattern as Ithaca guns and others that dont match up to anything
Blanksguy
Someone will need to post a couple of clear/close photos of the Ithaca M3A1 at the area of the "rear" of the receiver near the top/area where the guide-rod-ends locate themselves at the rear of the receiver. From what I can see, the Medea guns have a pronounced area at the rear that is angled forward above this and are not "flat" at the rear as the Guide-Lamp M3 and M3A1 manufactured models are. Now, you'll have to decide if the receiver stampings are different from Guide-Lamp......to Ithaca...….to Medea receiver/receiver-halves.Photos of these attached :
