Australian with Maxim on Improvised AA Mount 1915

The rounds look like MkVI with the round nose, bit hard to tell. The gun itself would be sighted for this mark of ammunition even though the 'spitzer' Mk VII was adopted in 1910/11.

Brass jacket, handles, and brass large beautiful feedblock - looks like a .455 maxim to me. Might explain the large rounds.Pre-303 conversion
