GaryKeim
Im done with GunBroker, GunSpot, etc. Ripped off one too many times. Word-of-mouth and the good members here are a better way to go. Im fine with a ReWaT but desire original, matching parts and finish. -Gary Edited September 4, 2019 by GaryKeim
maxfaxdude
Put out a WTB ad on Sturm, that's how I got my MP 44 from a private party for thousands less than the sites you have mentioned.

huggytree
I really like the one that Ruben has for sale. refinished, but many are anyways. I believe it has all matching parts and was redone by Bob Naess, so it should run (you kinda get a double warranty on it for running) price i felt was unusually low for ruben too!...the market on these has been around $25,000 for many years. Ruben i would have expected to be at $28-29k, but he is at $26,000 if i were in the market for one i would strongly consider Rubens. might be better to get a refinished beauty queen that runs vs an original finish gun that may/may not Edited September 4, 2019 by huggytree
GaryKeim
Good points and thanks for helping me avoid that other one.
maxfaxdude
I purchased my MP44 for $17K from a guy in Texas in ~ 2016. It's a C&R with the original non-matching finishes. Not perfect by any means, but it's a greater shooter. And surprising very accurate out to 300 yards. Best of luck with your quest.
