(this one was from California but any state that does photo cop will work.) telling you that your car has been photoed speeding in such and such a city and the bail is $317.00 to be paid by a certain time and only by Bank Cheque of Money Order or your license will be suspended and a warrent issued for you. They send letters to specific drivers/registered owners and state clearly that you ran a red light, not were speeding. The law still states you MUST be seen speeding by an officer in order to issue a summons. Also, all bails go to a county court, not a processing center.
