GI Part Fits 1928 Airsoft Thompson

Recommended Posts

I want to thank everyone on his board and the WH in helping me find a GI magazine release for my 1928 Airsoft TSMG. It took a while, but I found one in Poland! Someone on the board told me there was one on eBay. Did not know at the time it was in Poland. Took a while to get it here. Polish mail and language. I works fine after a little adjusting. Fits tight and releases with ease. I attached some photos. Again, thanks to all.

I found out my son's father-in-law had/has one. Son says it is called a Spitfire.

Thanks for the update and glad you got it working again with no real fitting required. There is a Spitfire SMG that uses an M1 stock and wood parts generally looking like a Thompson
