deerslayer
Found this numrich conversion kit for a 21/28. Thought somebody might be interested. Don't know if it would be better than a Ceiner kit but with that big bolt, might run a little slower. I've got a 50 round .22 drum or two that would probably make it a lot more fun than the 10 round stick it comes with. Neat collector item either way. http://www.auctionarms.com/search/displayi...itemnum=6992502
OldFalGuy
You are no doubt right it would be a lot more fun with the 50 drum IF it ran well which we can only surmise- I would probably take a chance on it if it had a drum to go with it as I have pretty much been convinced not to ever bother with the JAC conversion ever. deerslayer
I'm not bidding, already have a full auto .22 thompson. If my web site ever gets back up, I'll post a video of a 50 round drum dump, takes about 2 seconds. Dan
deerslayer
Took my semi A3 and made a post sample type conversion (like the broadhead armory jobs for the .45 semi's). It's not a perfect gun, but works pretty good. Very picky on ammo. Pietta drums like you said. Sometimes the gun will outrun the drum. About every other load will run all 50 without a hitch, then sometimes you have to clear a jam 3 times in 50 rounds. Federal and winchester wildcat seem to work best. OldFalGuy
DC- don't feel too bad about it-we still don't know if the thing would have worked or not- for all we know it might only work, if at all on a semi http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/huh.gif
deerslayer
It was definately a full auto kit, you could tell by the bolt. The similar kit I have for a semi had major problems, the chamber on the barrel liner was so large that most cases would split open when fired.
