.45 Acp Ammo

Any of you Thompson guys use Magtech ammo? I usually use S&B ammo, but it seems to be getting harder to find. I'm using the ammo in a WH M1 Thompson that PK made into a very relieable gun.

Any other thoughts on ammo?

I hope someday I can make it to the TCA shoot in Ohio (I live in Utah). Thanks for all the info you people have given on this board over the years.

I've used Magtech .45 with decent results. I am pleased with the quality.

I used to use .45 LC Magtech in my SAA. Burns too dirty for my taste. No issues other than that.

Now, include the fact it has a great price makes the ammo awesome.

Brent, why not plan to attend the Western TCA Shoot next April in Kingman AZ. It is closer to you if you are in Utah, and you can drive there. It would be nice if the Western TCA shoot was on the Friday-Saturday as the Ohio TCA shoot is. Some of us don't have a Sunday available to go shoot. Besides, I do need the time to get back home after the shoot anyway. Anybody care to comment about this?
