Murray and Jan, we may take you up on your offer for a visit.... Mike, I do believe I owe you a couple....every time I turned around you (or someone else??) stuck a new bottle in my hand!! CJ, I think I owe you one, too! Tracie, you mentioned that you don't ofteln look at this site, but if you do, it was nice finally meeting you and we look forward to next year! Gordon and Frank, it was great talking with you both (Frank, thanks for the books and Gordon, still waiting for an e-mail with details about a Colt?? Peter, we'll get busy on a tax-stamp tee-shirt soon but need to know your size!! Too many other fine folk to mention, but safe to say that we will be attending more of these eventys in the future!! The FBI tour was great and the shoot was a blast (all family members got through without getting yelled at by the RSO's....everyone was safe!!. Dinner was delicious and we look forward to meeting more folks next year. If any of you get up toward Minnesota, do drop an e-mail and plan on stopping in if you can. And my family was happy with how they shot also, and I'm proud of them for giving it a go in spite of much apprehension about how they would do and that everyone might be watching them! Hopefully next year we'll see more families shooting also! At any rate, we are talking in great seriousness about the show in Phoenix......any advice on how everything goes there?? Never been to that show but I understand its just a big gun show for class 3 stuff. So do you folks get together and paint the town red or???? I've always wanted to see that big boneyard of vintage airplanes the Gov't keeps near there but I don't think it's open to any tours. But I'll check into it if anyone else might be interested?? It was a pleasure working with your family and it was great to see that you have instilled in them a respect for, and safety with, full auto firearms. It is run in conjunction with the "Cross roads of the West" gun show which is quite big and the SAR have one hugh hall in the State fair ground which is all class 3 guns and parts and everything eles. The Champlin fighter museum is really worth a visit also. It is at Falcon field at Mesa and you could easy spend a day there.They also have a machine gun collection. They have figter planes from WW1 WW2 and modern ones to. We all hang out with Gordon, Meale and Doug Richardson. It is a lot of fun. See ya there. I have book my flight. There's thousands of airplanes just sitting on the asphalt, all cocooned up. In 1988, I traded the bone yard for a Cessna o-2A Forward Air Controller that had flown in Vietnam.
