M50 S/N Question

I believe the very early guns are stamped opposite of the majority of the production.

 

Even opposite of the later "commercial" examples.

 

One reads from the right side of the receiver, the other from the left.

 

I can never remember which is which.

S/N below 150 is a very early gun and would read from the right (ejection port) side. The stuff I listed would be the parts required for the rest of the configuration to match the receiver. I'm betting the stock is virtually unobtainable if it's not already on the gun and the original style mag well may be too. The other stuff is out there if you scrounge hard enough.
