Best gun book ever written...

Recommended Posts

Unintended Consequences by John Ross.

Good job of explaining the gun culture through the family of fictional Henry Bowman. Hard to describe how I felt through some of the chapters. It almost seemed like I was reliving my life. So many things Ross touched on reminded me of my own life when introduced to the hobby at age 8.

I have no idea if there are any left or if another printing was done, but I can't recommend this book enough for anyone in the shooting sports. I bought my 1st edition book from John Ross at the Creek when it first came out, had him sign it, etc, etc. Read it several times and due for another, especially with the Democraps starting to really kick their agenda into high gear these days.
