Lewweb
I just acquired a model 50. Love the gun. It has an atrocious trigger pull. Any thoughts and commentswould be appreciated.
doc280
I would completely disassemble the entire firearm to clean and lubricate everything. Old lubricant can become petrified. Reisings usually may not have the shortest trigger pull, but all the ones I have played with are very smooth.
Lewweb
Thanks, this is my first Reising. Wasn't sure what to expect. i can handle a long pull. I'll pull it down and go though it.
kdiver58
My Reising is VERY hard to pull , It's not rough it's just hard ..It may be the nature of the beast ..
emmagee1917
Shouldn't be . Trigger pivots down and the nub releases the hammer . IF , however , you have the wrong springs in the wrong holes or a guide plunger where it don't belong , it can play havoc .Chris
tor
I had a 50 and a 55. The 55 had a light and crisp trigger, but the 50 was very hard and mushy.
StrangeRanger
My 50 has a heavy but acceptable trigger pull in FA. In SA the pull is much heavier, probably twice as high, and makes accurate singles impossible. Any ideas on what to look at?
