Thompsonlover
I'm looking at SMG (on a form 3) out of state and was wondering if it would transfer tax free to a dealer in my state. Its a C&R gun and I have the license so I know it could transfer from the out of state dealer directly to me but it sure would be nice to have it close to home when the paperwork is approved. It would also let me look over the gun closely and not wait up to a year to finally see it. Thanks Edited July 25, 2019 by Thompsonlover

huggytree
Form 3 efile is 1-5 days too. So you should have your gun to shoot in a week I had several c&r guns coming. I chose to transfer to my dealer so I could test fire them quicker
